A few hints on Pixie Hollow’s re-opening and more

I haven’t posted in a while, and have completely got no idea what to post about. Therefore, I decided to post about nothing but our beloved Pixie Hollow. Anna squee

To start with, since Pixie Hollow closed on September 19th, 2013, several hints have been dropped about its re-opening, as well as about it’s never opening again. In this post, I’m going to talk about the hints on the optimistic side, or in easier words, hints about the virtual world’s re-opening and also about sites similar to Pixie Hollow which are being made.  The Hands Dance

This link leads you to a page which looks similar to the Pixie Hollow log in page, but it doesn’t work. I was jumping with joy when I first went to that link, but that joy was trashed in a minute. Really Sad But then, every hint counts. 🙂

This link will lead you to the main Pixie Hollow page. 😀 At first it would take you to the Printable page, but I tried for myself and discovered that when you click on all the other pages. :happybounce:  Alas, the link for the Pixie Central page and the Pixie Hollow World. sad

But still, you can print pictures, watch the videos and do some other cool stuff!

3. Fairy ABC

Credits to Sapphire for making us more aware about this one. 🙂 I found a video by Izzy Foxstone about a sparrow-man called Wind Muddle and his friend Apple trying to re-create Hollow.  As of now, when you go to this link, it would lead you to a page with the Pixie Hollow log in page and a text saying that the site is still being worked on. I remember when I made an account on Fairy ABC months back, soon after Pixie Hollow had closed. Then, they only allowed you to create an account and fairy, and said that they would add more features soon. As of now, they are still working on the site.

4. This one is rather interesting. A BIG thanks to Ethereal Spark for her hard work. She tried to recreate the game using an app called Worlize, which lets you create a virtual world of your own. I visited it, and found a few fairies hanging around! 😀

It’s not REALLY like Pixie Hollow, but it’s VERY difficult for a fan to make. The screenshots and music is great. 😀

5.Chinese “Pixie Hollow”

This one had caused a lot of excitement back when Pixie Hollow had closed down. Even though most people call it ‘Chinese Pixie Hollow’, the meaning of the virtual world’s name is ‘Little Flower Fairy’.

This isn’t really Pixie Hollow, but a Chinese game which is strikingly similar to it. It’s really cool, and also fun, BUT, the biggest problem is that you would find it difficult to play if you don’t know Chinese. -.- I tried playing it and I was, kind of, lost. O.O I do speak Chinese, but I can’t read it. :O It would be helpful if it was in either English, French, Spanish, Greek or any other language that I can read and understand.

Despite that, it’s a great game to play if you speak Chinese! 😀

And if you really, really want to play it, you would need to watch some tutorials on YouTube.

It’s kind of glitchy but it still works very well, and you must try it out! You can’t log in or save your artwork, but still. 🙂 Something is better than nothing.

I installed a painter called GIMP 2.6 to my computer and tried it out. You can create professional artwork on it, and I’m nothing but a mere beginner. -.-

      I’m not quite sure, for I haven’t tried Worlize, and probably won’t. You know, it takes a lot of work into creating a virtual world. Maybe you could ask someone who has tried it out. 🙂

  19. Sarah, this is a REALLY AMAZING FIND! Especially Ethreal Spark’s Pixie Hollow version. Oh, I can’t wait to play it! (But I gotta finish some homework first 😛 )

    For Chinese Pixie Hollow, I actually tried it, but I couldn’t understand a single letter of Chinese so I ditched it. I wish there was a Spanish Pixie Hollow, then I could at least understand a bit. 😦

    As for your Michael Jackson drawing, I only have one sentence to say. You’re the most talented artist in the whole universe. 🙂

  28. Well Jumpstart’s more for younger kids at the max maybe 13 , but it’s super fun. I have 2 BFFs and over 100 friends and my BFFs names r Claire Icekitty and Amber Yellowfoot and they’re awesome . They break barriers all the time so we get to go to the most awesome places ever especially in Coney Island which is actually a real places in the U.S . And then Time Square which is also very awesome , but u have to be a member to go there, but membership dosen’t cost that much. And then u get to raise baby Pegasus , Dragons, or Hornhowlies and there really cute. And then u have your houses which r either in your neighborhood which your neighbors can be your friends or u can have a Lounge which is sort of like your house but u don’t have any beds and it’s at the V.I.P dance lounge in Poseidon’s hangout or if u play Math Blaster ( which u’re not force 2 do math ) u have your ” Space Pod ” and can raise space mutts there which r also cute . And then there’s Marine Land which is best for ages 5 -8 but if u want a mermaid tail then u have to complete the missions there . And there’s Windy Hollows which u can ride brooms, make charms , and can play Quidditch or something like that. And then there’s Central Park Zoo which has Penguin HQ ( headquarters) where u can do missions and earn coins. And there’s so many places that u’re gonna have to try it out to see the rest. And oh, I almost forgot my name in Jumpstart is Olivia Colt. And u’re gonna need a computer if u wanna play it. And if u’re wondering about my bad and crazy cuz that’s a big fan of CP gave me my computer back thinking I was gonna play CP but I was playin Jumpstart the whole time.

  33. I am missing Pixie Hollow, but it’s August already- almost an year is gone. I am kind of losing hope, even though I am trying my best not to.
    I hate the person who closed PH.
    I just hope it comes back.

  35. I went into worllize, and now, it comes up with a warning, saying that my connection is not private, and people are trying to steal my information… I have no idea why it says this….

  42. If you go onto pixie hollow disney page and you click “create your fairy”, it loads and then takes you to a page with a message reading “Dear Guest. The Fairies will return soon. Please come back to play with your fairy. Disney Online”. I think it’s promising, we just need a date! I miss it!!!
